Once your order is en route, we will notify you via email, providing a delivery tracking number for your convenience. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep. DHL will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Should you need to return a product, we offer refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot offer refund or exchange on any opened or used product. A product must be returned in original condition and unused. For incorrect or faulty product, Nevi By Nature will refund your delivery cost.
