How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can modify or cancel your order by contacting customer service via email at cs@nevibynature.com as soon as possible after you have finalized your order.

What if I receive incorrect or damaged/faulty product?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please visit our Returns page for instructions on how to proceed.

Is VAT included in prices?

All prices on orders from the UAE include 5% VAT. Orders for customers coming from other
Gulf countries do not include VAT.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the United Arab Emirates and GCC. Please check our Delivery page for exact shipping locations and the rates.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This link will allow you to track the progress of your order and see its estimated delivery date.

Do you deliver to PO Box address?

We are unable to deliver orders to PO boxes in the UAE or GCC.

What about Customs and Duties?

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties. Import Fees are calculated in a variety of ways, according to the destination’s customs regulations.

In some destinations, no Import Fees apply for shipments falling below a minimum value. Contact your shipping destination’s customs office for more information.
